BLANCMAEUNIE Refund and Returns Policy

At BLANCMAEUNIE, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible refund and return policy. Please read the following guidelines for returning products or requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame for Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software or digital products
    • Customized or personalized items

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for returning your product.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product, wrong item shipped, or error on our part.
  • It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items of high value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the item has been inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • In your email, please include photos of the damaged product and the packaging to help us process your claim.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you still have not received your refund after checking with your financial institution, please contact us at info@blancmaeunie.com.

8. Changes to the Refund and Returns Policy

  • BLANCMAEUNIE reserves the right to update or change this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
